Schools & Organisations
I offer engaging, research-informed workshops and presentations designed to support children, young people, families, and the professionals who work with them.
Each session is tailored to your setting (whether that’s a school, trust, organisation, or team), and can be delivered as a one-off workshop, a series, or part of a wider wellbeing programme.
Alongside live sessions, you can also explore my self-paced Teenage Years Course designed to support young people and families in understanding the developing brain and why it is such an important point in child development.
Presentation & workshop examples:
Why flow is important to the developing brain (with origami-based sessions as an optional add on).
Brain health: exercise, nutrition & wellbeing - including clear evidence-based examples.
Understanding the teenage brain: why the brain “prunes” connections during adolescence, the principle: “neurons that fire together, wire together”, how experience shapes long-term development.
Challenging Misconceptions About the Adolescent Brain: why behaviour may change during adolescence, and challenges experienced by neurodivergent teens.
Supporting families post-diagnosis: Through my Masters at UCL, I explored how families are often left without adequate support following a child’s neurodivergent diagnosis. Sessions can focus on the real experiences of families navigating post-diagnosis support, gaps in current systems and how they impact wellbeing. Practical ways schools and organisations can better support families with opportunities for coaching.
I welcome opportunities to work in partnership with schools and organisations to design bespoke programmes that meet your specific needs.
