Coaching and consultancy that works for you

This coaching approach begins with identifying your unique strengths, and your mindset – whether you have a fixed or growth orientated view of things in your life. Research has shown that someone’s outlook to life and what they can/cannot control have a huge impact on how they may feel.

Neurodivergent labels are helpful to provide validation and to secure certain rights which people may otherwise not be able to access. Increasing self-awareness is equally important – learning about your own or your child’s unique neurotype and your authentic self.

Alice’s coaching style is holistic and compassionate, a non-judgemental listener who will guide you to feel more confident in your life, action more tasks, reduce overwhelm and empower you with strategies to navigate all situations that you may encounter.
